By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the cNFT-3D Platform.
cNFT-3D Platform provides tools and services for creating, compressing, storing, and minting 3D models as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Solana blockchain.
To use certain features of the platform, you may need to create an account and connect a compatible Solana wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
By uploading 3D models or other content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
The cNFT-3D Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without our prior written consent.
We may charge fees for certain services, such as minting NFTs. All fees are non-refundable. You are also responsible for any blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) associated with using our platform.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
THE CNFT-3D PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through our platform or by other means. Your continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
